## 1. Node Access & Sandboxing Agreement
By establishing transport peering or issuing RPC/HTTP/WS queries to any Infortts node, the requesting entity executes a peer covenant to operate strictly within authorized sandbox memory boundaries.

1. **Memory Isolation:** Probing internal memory indexes, LLM buffer caches, or executing speculative branch side-channel attacks triggers automated IP blacklist enforcement at Cloudflare Edge and WireGuard gateway layers.
2. **Deterministic Rate Enforcement:** Nodes reserve the right to throttle or quarantine traffic exceeding 120 req/sec per ASN without authenticated mTLS certificate identity.
3. **Auditability:** All inbound requests are signed and appended to immutable differential verification ledgers.

3. Invocation of `/data-deletion` initiates cryptographic deletion across all distributed memory mesh instances within 120 seconds.
