Our Commitment to Data Erasure
According to Meta Platform Rules and global privacy frameworks (GDPR Article 17, CCPA, and India DPDP Act 2023), you have the absolute right to have all data collected via Facebook Login, Instagram Graph API, or Infortts applications permanently removed from our storage systems.
METHOD 01 / Delete via Facebook / Instagram Account Settings (Instant)
If you authorized the Infortts application using your Facebook or Instagram account, you can revoke permissions and initiate an automated data purge directly through Meta:
When you remove Infortts, Meta transmits a real-time signed deauthorization webhook callback to our servers. Our system automatically marks your Scoped User ID for permanent purge within forty-eight (48) hours.
METHOD 02 / Direct Request via Email / Infortts Compliance Desk

03 / What Happens After You Submit a Request?
- Verification (Within 24 Hours): Our team authenticates the request to safeguard against unauthorized account tampering.
- Data Erasure (Within 48 Hours): All user tokens, scoped IDs, direct message records, and interaction logs are permanently wiped from active databases.
- Confirmation Receipt: You will receive a formal confirmation email containing your unique Confirmation Tracking ID verifying the completion of the purge.
